GRAVEST THREAT FROM HIGHER JUDICIARY
Creamy" layer verdict is anti people.
Latest Supreme Court judgment in 27% OBC reservation in IIM, IIT admissions, excluded so called "creamy Layer" from their reservation rights. It is a blatant violation of our human rights. So the sons and daughters and brothers and sisters of lowly paid govt employees like peons, attenders, sweepers, scavanchers clerks, and primary school teachers are not allowed to enjoy reservation rights. Though we belong to OBC
We will not get any admission thro reservation. 99.99 % of our aspirants for IIM and IIT and other prestigious admissions hail from above mentioned categories or higher.
Indian ruling class is fooling us. It is just like giving reservation by right hand and taking back by left hand. The present verdict is unconstitutional and undemocratic.
Reservation or affirmative action or positive discrimination is neither an anti poverty program nor employment generation program. It is to provide our share in power structure. By asking reservation we are demanding our share. Indian higher judiciary is very much biased against SC's, ST's and OBC's. The reason is very simple it is fully packed with upper castes. Out of 25 Supreme court judges only two are from lower castes.Akhila Kerala Ezhuthachan Samjam headed by Sri T G Ravi protested against this exclusion and held demonstrations in Palakkad and Thrissur in the very same day.All mainstream political parties support this dreaded creamy layer theory simply because they are all led by upper castes. They shamelessly support upper caste vested interests. We also demanded immediate implementation Dr EM Sudarsana Natchappan committee recommendation in the appointment of Supreme Court and high court judges. Dr Natchiappan is a congress M P from Tamil Nadu. His report submitted to parliament demanded immediate proportionate reservation for SC's, ST's and OBC's and Minorities in the appointment of Supreme Court and high court judges.
We are on the war path on this issue. This is the only solution for our entire reservation problem.
